Kari Rule has fulfilled the goal she had as a young girl of someday growing up and being a mom. In addition to the children she has with her husband, Patrick, Rule has a career and is involved as a member of Infant Welfare Society of Chicago Clarendon Hills Auxiliary Chapter.

A: Three, Charlie is 5, Shane, 3, and Reagan, 15 months

Q: How long have you lived in Clarendon Hills, and where are you from, originally?

A: We moved to Clarendon Hills in 2015 from Chicago. I grew up in Roscoe, which is near Rockford.

Q: What do you like best about Clarendon Hills?

A: It has a great sense of community. You feel like you know everyone, even if you don’t.

Q: Do you have any hobbies?

A: I like working out and trying new fitness trends.

Q: What is your career?

A: I work in corporate talent management/human resources.

Q: Who should play you in a movie about your life?

A: A lot of people tell me I look like Cameron Diaz.
